Thorough and professional. He communicated consistently throughout the entire process. From the moment I called, I got email and text notifications, appointment reminders, and I was able to ask questions. Chris installed 4 dedicated circuits in my garage and wired in a mini split. I can't recommend CWC Electric enough.

I had a handful of electrical chores I needed tackled. I reached out to CWC based on a neighbor's recommendation. Glad I did. Chris was awesome! Great, honest communication throughout the process. He provided a quote that gave a detailed description of the scope of work to be done. The work was done neatly and in a timely manner. He even cleaned up all of the drywall dust!

Common questions

Repairs & Troubleshooting: straight answers

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Usually one of three things: the circuit is overloaded, something plugged in has a fault, or the breaker itself is worn out. Occasionally it's a loose connection or damaged wire, which is the one you don't want to ignore. A troubleshooting visit finds the cause and we quote the fix before doing anything.

Is a warm or buzzing outlet dangerous?

It can be. Heat, buzzing, discoloration, or a burning smell usually points to a loose connection or a failing device, and those get worse with use. Stop using that outlet or switch, turn its breaker off if you can, and have it looked at.

What does a troubleshooting visit cost?

The visit is a flat-rate service call that covers finding the problem and giving you a repair plan. The repair itself is quoted as its own flat-rate price, and you approve it before we start.

What if you find something else wrong?

If we find damaged or unsafe conditions behind the work you called about, we show you what we found and price that repair separately. Nothing gets added without your approval.

How fast can you come out?

Most repair and troubleshooting visits are scheduled within a few days. We reply to every request within one business day.
